An initial consultation is 60-90 minutes.

It is highly advantageous for this consultation to be booked at least a few days in advance^.

They of course can proceed at short notice, however the homework explained below will instead feature as part of the initial consultation’s duration.

^This is so a comprehensive questionnaire can be filled in and returned to the practitioner before the consultation commences. This way the practitioner can research your case before your visit, and your time spent with the nutritionist is utilised to its full potential.

This all-in-one bundle includes an Initial and a Follow-up consultation. This way you are being proactive in providing and gathering all of the vital information needed to make an informed decision on where your health is heading and how to reach your healthy goals.

Included is more time with the nutritionist to discuss your individual circumstances in depth.

Follow up Consultation

The follow-up consultation is utilised after an initial consultation has taken place. You may set the frequency but they are important to attend to succeed with your long term goals.

A follow-up consultation may be 30 minutes or 1 hour in duration.

You may like to check first if this is the correct selection, alternatively you could select 30 minutes now and another later as necessary.
